We had a great time at the Arkansas Travelers game last week celebrating Arkansas beef with fans from across the state. One lucky attendee took home a door prize filled with Arkansas Beef merchandise. If you’re headed to Dickey-Stephens Park this season, keep an eye out for us!

Today the Arkansas Beef Council announced funding for projects aimed at supporting the growth and market development of Arkansas beef. In FY27, $35,000 will support research projects and $97,000 will support promotion projects.

The Arkansas Beef Council is accepting research and promotion proposals through April 30, 2026. Projects should demonstrate clear benefits to Arkansas’s beef industry, including opportunities to strengthen production, expand markets, or support long‑term industry growth.
