There’s nothing quite like a Cotija's lunch. It has to be the fastest sit down experience in the city… built for that on-the-go, downtown lunch crowd.
You order, eat, and get the hell out of Dodge. The food and service are always on point and entire meal ranges anywhere between 9-20 minutes, start to finish.
Btw, I parked 40 yards down the street and paid $1.05, so don’t use that weak sauce excuse for not going.
