Vegan Taco Salad Bowl – quinoa, black beans and fresh corn simmered in an ancho chile broth with onion, garlic, chipotles, cumin, cilantro and tomato served warm alongside a romaine & arugula salad dressed in an avocado-lime dressing with grape tomatoes, vegan feta, crispy corn tortilla strips, radishes, sliced avocado & pickled red onion. No substitutions, please.
