First Pick: Halibut Athena – Fresh Alaskan halibut marinated in lemon zest, fresh thyme & oregano; grilled, nestled on herbed Arkansas basmati rice pilaf and surrounded by a lively Greek chopped salad with Roma and heirloom grape tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata and ripe olives, red onion, capers & feta cheese dressed in a fresh herb vinaigrette ~ with a side of broccolini (GF)
