A peek into this weeks “Cosmic Creation” ™️🪄🌜👩🏽🍳🖤🌀✨
The mastermind behind our pastries, Tori has continued to raise the bar weekly! This cookie sammie had us drooling at first mention. 😍 We thought it’d be fun to give you a little insight to the process behind these genius treats.
She first created a cornflake crunch mixture by coating the cornflakes in butter, sugar, and salt. Baking the emulsion so it allows the flakes to stay crunchy even when baked into the dough!
She then creates (again! from scratch!) the vanilla bourbon toffee (real bourbon not that flavor stuff😤). She taste tests (more toffee than she should - her words) before folding everything in by hand and bake for roughly 20 mins or until it reaches the proper internal temp.
Finally, she sandwiches the cookies with a vanilla bean and bourbon icing and then do another (very necessary) taste test before packaging them up in their cute little boxes and making their way to the trailer for all of you! 🫶🏻 we hope you’ll swing by this week to try one!!!
