What Happens to Boba Over Time?

🕐 After 1-2 hours: The pearls start to lose their softness and become firmer.❄ In the fridge: Boba hardens and becomes tough due to the starch solidifying in cold temperatures.💧 In a cold drink for too long: The pearls lose their bounce and can turn mushy or rubbery.

How to Enjoy Boba at Its Best:
