"Every cup carries part of my story.”
That’s Dania Liseth Alvarenga, a coffee farmer in Malsincales, Honduras, and one of Westrock Coffee’s Raíz Sustainability partners. Dania learned coffee from her mother, and today she’s passing that knowledge on to her children and other producers in her community.

Her story is part of Equal Origins’ Raise Your Cup campaign, which honors women farmers during the UN Year of the Woman Farmer. We’re proud to stand alongside Dania and the women who grow our coffee.

Last night, some of the Westrock Coffee team was proud to join Hope Ignites Life for Kigali Nights 2026.

Rwanda is where our company began, and the community there means the world to us. We were so happy to be in the room, giving back to the women of Rwanda and supporting a cause that creates real, dignified opportunity.

Congratulations to our very own Kenny Britton on receiving an ASI Blue Ribbon Workforce Award.

These awards honor the essential workers and industry professionals whose daily work, often behind the scenes, keeps Conway growing. Kenny is exactly that kind of person.

Kenny leads the planning, ex*****on, and delivery of capital, infrastructure, automation, and process-improvement projects across our manufacturing network, taking each one from concept through commissioning while keeping it safe, on time, and on budget. His story is just as impressive. He's been with Westrock Coffee for nearly 10 years and worked his way up from the floor, where he started counting inventory and loading trucks.

But what we love most about Kenny goes beyond the work. He is a trusted teammate, a great friend, and one of the most genuinely well-liked people across our teams. He makes everyone around him better, and we're so proud to call him one of our own.

Last weekend, Westrock Coffee joined the Concord International Festival in Downtown Concord.

We love giving back and celebrating the communities we call home, and it was a joy to spend the day enjoying global music, food, and traditions alongside our neighbors. Thank you to El Puente Hispano and the City of Concord for hosting a wonderful event!

Happy International Coffee Day!

Today, we're proud to support Raise Your Cup, a 15-day campaign led by Equal Origins that shares the stories of women who farm the world's coffee and cocoa, told in their own words. Most of us have never heard these women's names, even though their work is part of every cup we drink. The campaign shines a light on the farmers whose contributions are essential to the coffee and cocoa industries, while encouraging greater recognition, appreciation, and investment in their communities.

Westrock Coffee is honored to sponsor a Raíz woman farmer highlight as part of this campaign, and we're excited to share her story in the coming days. Through partnerships like these, we can help celebrate the people behind the products we enjoy every day and elevate voices that deserve to be heard.
