We’re still working with the printer on menu design, but here’s the good stuff! We look forward to your constructive feedback and think of it (and the whole business) as an evolving experience. The Sidebar should be ready within the next month. Local artists are hanging their work in the back dining room (feel free to go back to take a look!), and we’ll be working on some more vegan/vegetarian options. Unless it’s obvious (cake, e.g.), most dishes are gluten free. We only use tamari now instead of soy sauce. We hope you love it!!!

And that friends was the final call for Baja Grill LR. We want to thank everyone who has helped make Baja a success over the years. There have been so many memories made here and we will miss it. Although we are closing the chapter on Baja we are so excited to introduce Lime&Lotus and start our new journey. Thank you for all the support and we can’t wait for Tuesday!

The walls. So bare. A call for local artists! We had planned to buy local art for the new spaces, but thought a better idea is to invite local artists to show their creations in our “gallery.” We hope to rotate artists every three months. There’s plenty of room for many artists at once. Lime & Lotus will take no fees. We figure everyone will benefit from this arrangement. We’ll host opening events for each artist. We will likely have someone manage all this in the near future for a fee of up to 20%. That will all go to that person for their work. In the meantime, let us know if you’re interested!

I never thought I would have to make a post like this but here we go.
Some of you may have seen a post recently about some missing Beats Headphones. I want to set the record straight on a few things. If there is one thing I am most proud of it is the integrity of my staff. Many of you can attest to the fact that we go above and beyond to help you find your missing things. This time we did however drop the ball on communication.
The headphones have been sitting at my bar for weeks and I had no idea that anyone had called about them. This experience has made us implement new policies on what happens when we find someone’s belongings.
That is my purse in the post that I sat down on the counter to talk to guests. Not my bartenders, mine. You can track your beats location. They have not moved from the bar at any point since we had found them. I am sorry that this family had the experience they did. That is our fault by not communicating with each other. We will do better. Thank you to everyone for the kind words and support. We appreciate you.
