We had an off day. We are human and we are very sorry to our patrons that had a poor experience today. Multiple things contributed and there is no excuse. We will continue to look for ways to make things better.

I always want constructive criticism, but to say we do not care about what is happening is absolutely ridiculous. Alisha and I have put our blood, sweat and many tears into this place and want nothing more than for everyone to enjoy their meal and feel at home. We love our customers and many are family now. Sorry for the hiccup day.

Thanks for the honesty Kelly, but know that we care more than most could ever understand.
