This Saturday, we're serving up BLTs made with some beautiful, locally grown tomatoes from Hardin Family Farms. Picked up this morning from Hillcrest Farmers Market! There's just something different about a tomato that's picked fresh and full of flavor.

WOW, friends!! What an amazing start! We can’t thank you enough for the incredible support during our opening week. 🧡

Opening Grilled Sandwich Company in Hillcrest has been a whirlwind, and seeing so many of you show up has meant everything to us. We know ticket times were longer than anyone wanted during peak hours, and we truly appreciate your patience and grace as we find our rhythm.

Every day, we’re learning, adjusting, and working to get your sandwiches out faster without cutting corners. We’re also adding some fun entertainment options to help make your visit (and any wait) even more enjoyable. Ya'll are gonna love this!

Hey friends, Loryn here! 😊

We are officially TWO DAYS AWAY from the Grand Opening of our very own brick-and-mortar location!! 🥹🩷

I honestly don't think it's fully hit me yet. I'm beyond excited... and maybe a little nervous too. 😅 This has been a dream of mine for a long time, and it's finally coming true!!

A few things to know before Wednesday:

⏰ Hours of operation will stay the same... for now!

As we get settled, we'll gradually expand our days and hours until we're open all day, 7 days a week. This IS actually my first rodeo, and I want to make sure my staff and I can give you the best experience possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and support while we find our rhythm.

📝 Ordering has changed!

Starting Wednesday, all orders will be placed inside at the front counter. Once you have ordered, choose where to relax - either in our dining room or out on the patio while we prepare your food and deliver it to you fresh off the grill!

🥩BRISKET IS BACK... and this time it's here to stay!

Y'all have made it very clear how much you love my brisket!!! 😂 It'll be on the menu for Grand Opening and will return seasonally every summer and fall moving forward.

🌟To everyone who has supported me, shared my posts, cheered me on, ordered from the truck, or simply believed in this dream... thank you. Truly. None of this could've been possible without this incredible community, and I couldn't possibly express my gratitude for that. You are appreciated more than you will ever know.

I freehanded these melty cheese drips onto the building today. I have never done anything like this before so it took me over 6 hours 😅 but I think I did pretty good! Not all the way done yet but a decent start!
