We are officially TWO DAYS AWAY from the Grand Opening of our very own brick-and-mortar location!! ๐ฅน๐ฉท
I honestly don't think it's fully hit me yet. I'm beyond excited... and maybe a little nervous too. ๐
This has been a dream of mine for a long time, and it's finally coming true!!
A few things to know before Wednesday:
โฐ Hours of operation will stay the same... for now!
As we get settled, we'll gradually expand our days and hours until we're open all day, 7 days a week. This IS actually my first rodeo, and I want to make sure my staff and I can give you the best experience possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and support while we find our rhythm.
๐ Ordering has changed!
Starting Wednesday, all orders will be placed inside at the front counter. Once you have ordered, choose where to relax - either in our dining room or out on the patio while we prepare your food and deliver it to you fresh off the grill!
๐ฅฉBRISKET IS BACK... and this time it's here to stay!
Y'all have made it very clear how much you love my brisket!!! ๐ It'll be on the menu for Grand Opening and will return seasonally every summer and fall moving forward.
๐To everyone who has supported me, shared my posts, cheered me on, ordered from the truck, or simply believed in this dream... thank you. Truly. None of this could've been possible without this incredible community, and I couldn't possibly express my gratitude for that. You are appreciated more than you will ever know.
I cannot wait to welcome you into our first home.
