Linda and I are very sad to announce that we are being forced to close Key West Crazy. The landlord has terminated our lease at the end of the month, & when we brought him a qualified buyer who had agreed to keep all employees & musicians, the landlord would not negotiate a lease with the new buyers.
After 10 years of biz, through thick & thin, through surviving COVID, through all the great employees (who became our family) that cared deeply for our little restaurant on the waterfront, through our family’s involvement, Daddio maintaining the building until he was no longer able, Sister stepping in when we needed her, our Sunset crew and so many others who volunteered to make the festivals great successes throughout the years, it’s sad it came to this.
We want to thank all our customers who kept us going year after year. We’ve made so
many new friends, met incredible characters, celebrated birthdays & life celebrations of those we lost, had our ups & downs together and experienced enough drama to write a best seller!
In retrospect, we’ve had an incredible 10 years and thank you all for creating our success and being a big part of our experience!
We hope you continue to support us at Daddio’s, the son of Key West, while we work to secure our new location for Key West Crazy Seafood, Steaks & more!
