Today marks 6 years of Cooper’s Tavern, and it’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are.
Six years ago, we opened our doors with a dream, and because of this incredible community, that dream has become so much more than we ever imagined. Every meal shared, every celebration held here, every familiar face that walks through our doors has helped make Cooper’s Tavern what it is today. Thank you for supporting us through the years. We truly couldn’t do it without you!
Many years before Cooper’s Tavern ever existed, Taylor worked in restaurants while he was in college. After long shifts, he’d come home, lay on the floor beside Cooper, and tell him, “One day I’m going to own a restaurant, and I’m going to name it after you.” It wasn’t just something he said—it was a promise.
Years later, that promise became a reality.
Although Cooper is no longer with us, we’re so thankful he got to see his name proudly displayed on the building and to watch his legacy come to life. His sweet spirit and the love he brought into our lives are woven into the heart of this place. Every day that someone walks through our doors, his legacy lives on.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us to serve this amazing community for the past six years. We don’t take a single day for granted, and we’re excited for all that’s still to come.
