Most of you—our customers and friends—know that the reason the restaurant has been closed lately is not because we are on vacation or because we have sold the business; unfortunately, Gaby underwent a delicate surgery on August 2nd that developed complications on Friday, August 7th. We are now hoping for a smooth recovery so she can return soon, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.
