Today marks 19 years of Rare the Steakhouse. ❤️

As we celebrate this milestone, we want to thank every employee, every customer, and all of those who, over the years, have become family. Because of you, we are still here 19 years later, and we are forever grateful for your loyalty, support, friendship, and the memories we have shared together.

Today also carries a much deeper meaning as we remember the 25th anniversary of September 11th.

When we opened Rare on September 11th, we wanted to give people something to smile about—a place where they could gather around the table, share a meal, & always feel at home. That feeling has remained at the heart of Rare ever since.

Today, we honor and remember the heroes of 9/11, those who fought for us, those who survived, and those who are no longer with us but continue to watch over us. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Thank you for allowing Rare to be part of your lives for the past 19 years. Here’s to many more memories around our tables.

God Bless America. 🇺🇸
And God Bless all of you. ❤️

— The Rare Family

🌽 Jersey corn is here! 🌽

Sweet, fresh, and at its absolute best this time of year. Nothing says summer in New Jersey quite like fresh local corn! ☀️🌽

Big enough to impress. Tender enough to remember. 🥩

When only the best will do, our 48oz Wet-Aged “Porterhouse for Two” delivers. Combining the rich flavor of a New York Strip with the buttery tenderness of a Filet Mignon, this signature cut is wet-aged for maximum flavor and expertly grilled over an open flame.

Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving an incredible steak, this is a meal you’ll be talking about long after the last bite 🍴
