🔥 The menu for the week of June 2 is now live! 🔥

With temperatures climbing in true Texas fashion, I hope everyone is bikini-ready... or at least “I found shorts that still fit” ready. 😆

Our Performance Line is still going strong with high-protein, balanced meals designed to help you survive summer, pool parties, vacations, and that annual moment when you realize swimsuit season showed up without warning.

As always, everything is made from scratch. We don’t cook with seed oils. We use olive oil, avocado oil, butter, and even our mayonnaise is made in-house with avocado oil.

And speaking of this heat... all of our containers are microwave-friendly, so you can save energy and avoid turning your kitchen into a sauna. Because honestly, nobody wants to cook when it’s 100° outside and the air conditioner is already working overtime.

Our performance meals had a strong start last week—so yes, they’re back… along with a few new ones. Because let’s be honest, nothing ruins good eating faster than boredom.

And yes… we caved.
Pumpkin bread is back. Not forever though.
With sports seasons wrapping up and end-of-school gifts coming up, you told us they’re perfect for that… and well, we’re softies.

Now, a quick reminder—
Performance meals may be macro-controlled and high protein, but you’re not getting less on our regular meals.

👉 Every meal includes a minimum of 5 oz cooked protein
👉 That’s 35–40g of protein just from the meat alone

So no stress—you’re feeding your family real food, made from scratch, no seed oils, and properly balanced to fuel them.
