Hello, Friends!
It’s that time again. I am asking for your assistance in getting LDI Lobster, nominated, once again, for Best Lobster Shack in Downeast Magazine 2026.
Being a seasonal business, it helps promote our business as well as other exceptional business on our peninsula, that rely on a healthy, summer economy. So while there, be sure nominate all your favorites!
If we are successfully nominated, it then goes to a vote. I’ll keep you posted!

It is that time of year!

After a rainy start it looks to be a beautiful last few days of our season. Come join us by land or by sea ! As of Friday lunch we still have everything on the menu except for whole lobsters and steamer clams. As we have for all of September we will be donating 15% of all our water sales to the Maine center for coastal fisheries. The kitchen is open until six this evening and until six or sold out tomorrow!

Yes we are open today until six. It’s our last Monday open for the season. New hours next week! Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11:30-6. Due to an unexpected events there will be no fish and chips again this week. Look for them as a special on Thursdays in September.

Monday Fish and Chips Special! we make up our own beer battered fish and chips - served with thick cut fries, house made tartar sauce and a generous portion of our horseradish coleslaw.

It’s grains and greens season! This weekend we have our salmon grains and greens with quinoa, mixed greens, grilled peaches, raspberries, blueberries, and feta cheese. Served with our house made fresh mint vinaigrette
