July reservations for Chef’s Table are now live!
Summer in Lancaster County hits its stride in July. The farmers markets are at their most abundant, the days stretch long, and the land between here and the surrounding counties is quietly doing its best work. It's the kind of season that makes sourcing easy and cooking honest.
This month’s menu is built around that moment: sweet corn at its peak, heirloom tomatoes still warm from the field, peaches that don't need any help, sweet and hot peppers arriving in full color. 🫑
