9 oz. of Imperial Wagyu Beef Signature American Wagyu (BMS 8,) grilled and served with fresh microgreens from Blissfully Loved Farm , dressed in a bright sherry-Dijon vinaigrette with shallots, fresh chives, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.

We hit reset. Now we’re ready to rock into America’s 250th birthday weekend.

If a tomahawk has your name on it, we’d recommend making a reservation. Dinner starts at 5 pm, and we’ll be open regular hours all holiday weekend.

Tomorrow and Tuesday, we’ll be giving the restaurant some well-deserved attention behind the scenes before jumping back into a busy summer.

It’s Father’s Day, which means lots of tomahawks coming off the Josper.

We’re looking forward to celebrating with everyone joining us today. Dinner is looking busy, but we’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ins.

It’s peak strawberry season in Lancaster, and we’re celebrating with something special.

The Issy Strawberry Pie is a family recipe passed down through generations. Chef Max borrowed the recipe from his mother-in-law and added a few touches of his own.

A flaky butter crust, fresh local strawberries, a filling that lets the fruit do the talking, and homemade whipped cream.

Simple. Seasonal. The kind of dessert that only makes sense this time of year.

Father’s Day is right around the corner, and there is no shortage of beef here.

From bone-in ribeyes and dry-aged cuts to Australian and Japanese Wagyu, our steak lineup is what we do best. Whatever Dad’s order looks like, we’ve got something worth celebrating.

There isn’t a more humble chef you’ll meet. While his talent in the kitchen speaks for itself, what stands out most is the way he treats people. Quincy is a natural leader with a steady temperament, a team-first mentality, and a genuine care for those around him.
