Top Chefs is an event we always look forward to because of the extraordinary work does for our community. This is our small way of being part of their story and supporting the impact they make every day.

We’re honored to stand alongside Lancaster’s culinary community in support of such an important cause.

This Friday, Chef Max and the team will be leading the entrée course for the evening, featuring:

Our arancini got a little spring upgrade.

Fresh herbs — parsley, chives, basil — folded through the risotto with aged gouda and smoked mozzarella. Still finished with a heavy snowfall of parm.
