When we purchased Inna’s Pierogi Shop in September 2024, it came with both our Lititz restaurant and our stand at Central Market in Lancaster.

Our original stand was tucked away in a corner… one of those “if you know, you know” spots. But if you didn’t go down that aisle, you’d miss us completely.

So when the opportunity came up to move to a new stand within the same building, I took the chance — even though it meant a big investment and navigating permits, applications, and delays along the way.

And honestly… it was 100% worth it.

With just that one change, we’ve increased our sales by over 70% compared to last year — and even more compared to the year before.

Same building. Different location. Big impact.

You can now find us right next to Mean Cup every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7AM–3PM 🤍

We are looking to add two motivated team members to our growing team!

1️⃣ Front of House – Cashier
📅 Thursday, Friday & Saturday
⏰ Open to Close

Responsibilities include:
• Taking customer orders
• Providing friendly and welcoming service
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Keeping the front area clean and organized

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, quick on their feet, and driven.

2️⃣ Back of House – Kitchen Prep

Responsibilities include:
• Prepping ingredients
• Making pierogi fillings
• Pressing pierogies
• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen
• Supporting the kitchen team with daily tasks

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, organized, and enjoys working in the kitchen.
