Passing on the baton 🤝

The past 8️⃣ years have been some of the most transformative years of my life. Inna’s Pierogi Shop grew from a kitchen in a church basement into a two location business, serving several dozen grocery stores, setting up at outdoor markets and started recently started shipping pierogi to 26 states. Those are just the physical achievements that are seen.

The things that developed my inner human is beyond the tangible things the business has brought. I am a better person because of the hard lessons and endless labor of love. I grew my knowledge of who I was and what I needed most in life. It has brought me to tears and also many shouts of joy. I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my love for food with so many in this way.

In the next few weeks, I step down from 8 years of building. I am saying goodbye to this pierogi journey and passing the baton to the next amazing woman who will carry out this dream to the next level with fresh dreams and a bigger vision.

Say hello to Emily, the new owner of Inna’s Pierogi Shop. She is a momma, a woman who already owns an exceptional catering company and known to be the most down to earth human on planet earth. She is going to rock Inna’s Pierogi out of the park!

You can continue enjoying the same pierogi with even more exciting new things that will be added to this beautiful shop. Emily will do amazing things and I am extremely confident in Emily and her heart to make this place even stronger.

Hours for Independence Day!

We will be open regular hours on Thursday the 4th at our Lititz location:

Potato Cheddar - whipped mashed potato filling with organic cheddar cheese

Potato Onion - whipped mashed potato with sweet, sautéed onions

Mushroom Onion Potato - whipped mashed potato with sweet sauteed onions and sautéed mushrooms

Spinach Feta Sun-dried Tomato - whipped mashed potato filling with organic cheddar cheese, organic Sundried tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese.
