At Beverly Kays Eats And Treats we take pride with our packaging & shipping process. We have shipped for over 5 years and we go above and beyond to make sure your items are packaged securely and neat with little to no wiggle room. We confirm the address with the customer again before shipping to make sure the address is correct and we also go the extra mile having the post office worker repeat the address before sending packages off. Once everything is confirmed we send the tracking information to our customers. When we confirm all information is correct, pay and send the tracking information to you from USPS we are then not held responsible for delays, lost/damage or stolen products. If you experience lost/damage or stolen products our packages are all insured through USPS make sure to use the tracking number to file a claim. Thank you.
