UPDATE: We would like to thank the Avondale Police Department for their quick response and assistance in identifying and locating the individual involved. After speaking with law enforcement, we chose not to press charges and instead had the money returned to our employee.

We have decided to leave this post up because we believe it is important to raise awareness that this type of behavior is not acceptable. Our employees work hard every day to provide great service, and they deserve to be treated with respect.

The individual in this video took tips that belonged to one of our employees. While the situation has been resolved, we hope this serves as a reminder that actions have consequences and that theft, regardless of the amount, is never okay.

Thank you to our customers, our community, and the Avondale Police Department for your support.

Original post:
Today, one of our hard-working employees was the victim of theft when an individual entered our store and stole tips that were earned through their dedication and service.

We are sharing this video in hopes of identifying the person responsible and to remind our community that this type of behavior will not be tolerated. Our employees work hard every day and deserve respect not to have their earnings taken from them.
