Tomorrow I'm going to have Pulled Pork and Slaw Dawgs A.K.A Southern Super Star Rocker. Yup, its as good as it sounds. Also been having chili and cheese a lot, almost have it perfected enough for the regular menu.

Wow having a great Tuesday. Usually Tuesday is kinda blah, not today. Running a Sour Sauer Rocker today. Sour Pickle Relish on a Kraut Dawg. People say they like it. See if it lands on the menu. . . .

Ooooooh yeah people like the Southern Super Rocker! I had one guy insist that it go on the regular menu. Its a Dawg with Pulled Pork and Slaw! Awesome!

Going to run a BBQ pulled pork dawg next. If you have never had pulled pork on a dawg you don't know what your missing! If that makes it full time to the menu that opens up possibilities like a pulled pork and slaw dawg. Pulled pork and chili dawg. When I get chili full time I'm going to have a chili slaw dawg. YUP!

Ran Chili Cheese Dawgs today for a special as well as a Bacon and Cheese Dawg, good reviews on both so far! Probably do it a couple more times and see how well they do they may be headed to the menu soon.

A successful event at Haggerty Realty, Great turn out, we went through a lot of Dawgs! Thanks to Tim and Cheryl for having me cater their 10th anniversary event! All guests of the event I would like to thank you also for all your Wounded Warrior Project donations in the jar at my cart. We put together more money today than all of the last week and a half, $46.00! We have now passed all of last months collections and still have the rest of July to go! Great job everyone! I'll see you tomorrow at the Moxie Festival!
