GRITO coffee

09/23/2026

I am currently in a hiatus from coffee. Life has been very busy and isn’t slowing down anytime soon. I will update when I will be back to selling coffee at the Cambridge farmers market.

THE DARKNESS IS COMING! 🫣
Ok it’s not actually scary. This week I will start roasting Sumatra! People have been looking for a dark roast and we have finally received the 2026 Indonesian coffees.

08/14/2026

Busy week and I haven’t had the time to do any roasting. So unfortunately I will not be doing the farmers market in Cambridge this Saturday.

Finally got a Grito Coffee staff pic. Ursa works behind the scenes as the production supervisor and chief of security.
Big shout out to the amazing photographer Vinnie Norberg from Miss Ruby Bells soap.
