I hate to do it again. But with the heat and smoke this week at work I don’t believe I will be able to do the Cambridge farmers market this weekend. Sorry to all the customers that have been without coffee after last week.

Our market runs every Saturday from 9-1 in front of Cambridge City Hall, Minnesota around the corner from City Center Market and Scout & Morgan Books.

With my time off over the last two weeks. Not only did I get to spend some quality time with my wife for our 17th anniversary. But I also got to play with a project. Decided to retire one of the booze barrels that I have used to infuse coffee and make this cool little bench.

Alright so the last two weeks at the Cambridge farmers market I have sold out. This has left a few customers not getting the coffee that they hoped for. This week I am putting in some extra effort to not let that happen.

I have had many customers over the years ask if my coffees are mold free. The mold issues became a big news story that was a bit vague and sensationalised. The facts were that this issue was in big commercial brands that bulk stored under ripe beans. When you purchase specialty certified small batch coffees there is far more care involved in bean storage.
The beans that I receive all come stored in either grain pro or ecotact 40 bags. This is the highest level of quality care and freshness.
