After months of not being able to attend Santuck, reasons beyond our control, we were ready to be there this Saturday August 1st but Mother Nature changed those plans real quick! ☔️ So, we will keep our fingers crossed and hope we have good weather for the September Santuck! Just know we are very sad we will miss another month!
‼️💥💥 ‼️ BUT….. once the rain clears anyone local to New Site will be able to buy some roasted corn. Since we have already bought the corn we will set up in New Site on Saturday August 1st for a few hours roasting corn to sell.

✨🛑 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT to all of our Aw Shucks Roasted Corn customers….🛑✨

As some of you may have noticed, we were absent from Santuck in March and will not be there again for the April Santuck. The reason for not being there is beyond our control and we just wanted to let you all know why.
The impact from the freeze in February severely affected corn crops in Florida, which is where our corn comes from. Due to this freeze, corn crops were lost or heavily damaged and the current supply remains limited with the overall quality being inconsistent, resulting in very small ears of corn. It is anticipated there will be a full rebound roughly mid-to-late April 2026, that is our hope anyway. 🤞🏻
So, instead of showing up at Santuck and charging more for small low quality corn, not to mention due to limited supply the price per box has more than doubled, we plan on waiting until the May to attend Santuck again. Hopefully we will see all of you roasted corn loving fans at Santuck in May! 🌽😎
