☕ **Behind the Scenes: From Green Bean to Your Cup** ☕

One thing many people may not realize about our coffee shops is that **we roast our own coffee.**

Before the coffee reaches our espresso machines, drip brewers, or your bag to take home, it starts as a carefully selected green coffee bean.

We purchase high-grade beans from several different coffee-growing regions around the world. Each origin brings something unique to the cup — different flavors, aromas, body, and character.

Then the real work begins.

🔥 We carefully roast those green beans right here, developing each coffee to bring out the best characteristics of that particular origin. From light and bright to rich and bold, every roast is intentional.

From the moment we select the beans until the moment we serve your coffee, we're proud to be involved in the process.
