This coming Thursday, I'll be opening the doors a little later than usual.

My daughter is performing in her school play at 10:00 AM, and there is no way I'm missing her big moment on stage! 🎭✨

We will be opening at 12:00 PM sharp once the play is over. Thank you for supporting our family business and allowing me to be there for my girl!

Most of you know that when we aren’t at the grill, we’re on the sidelines. Next week, we’re trading our aprons for pom-poms and heading to the coast! 🌊📣✨

Our daughter is headed to a major cheer competition, and we wouldn’t miss it for the world. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who saw the sign in the shop and shared such kind words—your support reminds us why we love being a part of this community.

As a family-owned business, family always comes first. To make sure we’re there to support her every step of the way, we will be CLOSED starting next THURSDAY(April 16th) through MONDAY (April 20th).

We’ll be back in the kitchen on Tuesday, April 21st, and ready to serve you! 🌮❤️

A Day for Faith and Family 🕊️

At Taqueria El Lugar Lindale, Sunday is always our day to rest and give thanks to the Lord. But today isn't just any Sunday—it is the day our Savior rose!

"Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen!" (Luke 24:5-6)

We are spending today in prayer and celebration with our families, reflecting on the miracle of the Resurrection. We wish all of our customers in Lindale and beyond a truly blessed and Happy Easter. We look forward to serving you again tomorrow!

Lindale, you aren't ready for this one! We’ve been up all night slow-steaming a masterpiece.

We’re bringing the authentic flavors of Jalpa, Zacatecas right here to Lindale. This isn't your average beef—we’ve combined premium Shoulder Clod with silky Beef Cheeks, marinated for 24 hours in our house-made toasted chile adobo, and steamed for 10 hours with fresh mint and cloves.

The result? It’s so tender it was shredding itself before it even hit the tray! 🤤
