We've now serving up Campfire Chili at Happy Trails. Stop by for some of Chef Ben’s award winning campfire chili. A spicy blend of ground beef, pinto & black beans, fresh and smoked chilis snd a secret southwest spice blend. Served with shredded jack cheese, corn chips and yogurt! Remember, we're open seven days a week for lunch and dinner — 12-8pm (and until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays!)

Neighbors — we’re hosting a New Year’s Eve Trivia Night at Happy Trails at Camp DeForest on Wednesday, December 31, from 6–8 PM.

It’s a low-key, locals-friendly evening with trivia hosted by Ranger Mac, plus b**r, w**e, and gourmet hot dogs food available for purchase. Come with friends, form a team, or just drop in for some fun!

We're open all year round, seven days a week (Sunday-Thursday 12pm - 8pm, and Friday-Saturday 12pm - 9pm).

We have indoor and outdoor seating, including lovely campfires you can reserve for dinner.

For now our menu is pretty simple:

• Gourmet hot dogs (everything from Elk dogs to Kobe beef dogs, including veggie dog options!)

• House-made dill pickles

• House-made kimchi

• Chips, nuts, and other nibbles

• Campfire s'mores for desert

We offer a fun selection of craft b**r, w**e, and non-alcoholic cocktails as well. You can always find our menu online here: campdeforest.com/happy-trails

And you don’t need to be staying at Camp DeForest to join us — locals and guests are very much invited to stop in for lunch or dinner!
