Happy Monday! ☕️

Monday means one thing around here... it's roasting day! We're roasting fresh coffee for the week and getting our next bean order together, which has us wondering...

What coffee origins or blends would you love to see at Grounded?

Our Italian Blend, House Blend, and Costa Rican have been customer favorites both on our coffee bar and as whole beans, but we'd love to hear what you'd like us to bring in next! Is there a country, region, or roast you've been wanting to try?

While we're at it, we're also hard at work perfecting a couple of fall favorites. 🍂 Our Autumn Blend is coming together beautifully, and we're putting the finishing touches on our flavored fall coffee (working title: Autumn Spice... but we're still brainstorming the perfect name!).

One more thing—this is the LAST WEEK to grab something from our Summerween Menu! 🎃☀️ If you haven't tried it yet, now's your chance before it disappears for the season.

We're already busy behind the scenes creating our Back-to-School Menu, dreaming up some fun specials, and... we may have one more surprise up our sleeves. 👀

Well... that's the glamorous side of small business ownership. 😅

We had every intention of spending today getting our Summerween menu ready, roasting coffee, and stocking up on fresh beans. Instead, after our long weekend, we stopped by the shop to tidy up, do a quick inventory, and grab a coffee before getting started... only to find our espresso machine was down. And because one thing is never enough, our refrigerator decided to quit too. 🤦‍♀️

We're not sure if a power surge over the weekend had something to do with it, but our roasting day quickly turned into a repair-and-replace day. The perks of owning a coffee shop, right?

The good news is everything is back up and running, and we'll be back at it tomorrow! Because of the unexpected hiccup, our Summerween menu and fresh coffee beans will now be available Wednesday instead of tomorrow.

As a little bonus, we're extending our 4th of July menu for one more day, so if you missed it, you've got one last chance to grab your favorite patriotic drink!

Thank you all for being so patient and supporting our little shop through the highs, the lows, and the "why today?" moments. We can't wait to share Summerween with you on Wednesday! 🧡☕🎃

🇺🇸 Holiday Hours Update 🇺🇸

Grounded Coffeehouse will be **closed Saturday, July 4th** in observance of Independence Day as we celebrate **America’s 250th birthday**.

We hope everyone has a fun, safe holiday filled with family, friends, and lots of celebration. We’ll be back to regular hours soon and look forward to serving you!

Starting tomorrow, we’ll be serving up a bonus patriotic drink menu in-store to celebrate America turning 250! ❤️🤍💙

A few fun, festive sips are joining the menu for a limited time, and trust us… you’ll want to try them.

Available in-store starting tomorrow, and online beginning July 1st!
