What’s up guys! It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. Too long lol, just wanted to let anyone interested know what’s been going on so this might be a lengthy post!
We moved back to my old home place and home projects and life in general slowed my little side project here down. However, it still is and will always be a passion of mine and a dream to cook and feed folks. With that being said, I haven’t quit. I’ve just been doing the same old stuff, under the radar without advertising to keep from getting so busy my quality drops. I’ve been keeping family and close friends belly’s full of bbq for a while.
LoBo wasn’t made for me to ever become a millionaire. It was made number one for me to have fun, if I have fun and make a couple dollars on the side that’s just icing on the cake. We don’t rely on this to keep the lights on. And with that, we only send out the absolute best quality possible for the most reasonable price I can offer and that’s my word. Anything I serve you guys I’d eat myself, ingredients are hand picked and as fresh as I can get them. We don’t sit on product and try to get rid of it to make a dollar. It’s made to order. We have to go get all the materials and supplies as you order them, so you’re not eating pork shoulder I smoked a month ago. It was smoked most likely the day of your event. The idea was, and always will be competition level recipes served to you to enjoy. Most BBQ, and at restaurant food is made with the idea of making a dollar first and foremost. While I can’t do this for free, my first priority is making a customer happy and serving them the absolute best no exceptions.
I’ve been coached by others, this isn’t the way to get rich, youll never make it big this way etc… I’ve taken the time off and realize I do not care, im going to do what i enjoy, if it pays for a new grill one day thats enough for me.
In closing, we are back! I’ve got a menu here showing what we make best but if you want something different holler at me we can make anything happen for your parties, work events, holidays etc. seasonly I may offer different items for different holidays I’ll keep everyone posted when I do. Maybe the YouTube channel will even make a comeback.
