LoBo Craft Presents-Iron and Ember! If anyone is interested at all, this is a new project im gonna start workong on, on the side! I wont spam you with join request or follow request. I will start off by saying im far from, or view myself as a fitness influencer, nor will I ever be one. However I recently dropped nearly 60lbs and wanted to share the journey to continue to improve myself with you all. And personally im over watching ripped dudes that get paid to train video it. Or, cook ground beef and rice like its a profound meal preps video. This is simply a page dedicated to the average working guy, who doesn't have ideal workout hours or conditions, who likes craft beer and bbq trying to get in shape. It's HOT but I know yall got them grills rolling. Taking pre orders this week for BBQ sauces! Will be avaliable to pickup Friday afternoon-Staurday around lunch. If you're local to Lincolnton I can drop it off! Flavors are as follows

-"Lobo "The Duke!" OG!" A tangy blend of medium spice everyone cans handle, the perfect blend of eastern NC vinegar based and western nc tomato base. Goes good on everything from pork to burgers, if you've ate my bbq this is what you had

-"Sweet and Sticky" mild cheerwine infused blend! Thick and as the name says, sticky Sweet!

-"Brush Fire Hot!" A twist on the OG with Chipotle peppers and a vinegar pop that makes even bad chicken wings taste great! Not melt your face hot but the heat is present!

Stay tuned for new seasonal sauces going into the holidays these will be the regulars we keep around! Prices are $12 for a pint sized mason jar, ill do 3 of your choice for $30! What’s up guys! It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. Too long lol, just wanted to let anyone interested know what’s been going on so this might be a lengthy post!
We moved back to my old home place and home projects and life in general slowed my little side project here down. However, it still is and will always be a passion of mine and a dream to cook and feed folks. With that being said, I haven’t quit. I’ve just been doing the same old stuff, under the radar without advertising to keep from getting so busy my quality drops. I’ve been keeping family and close friends belly’s full of bbq for a while.
LoBo wasn’t made for me to ever become a millionaire. It was made number one for me to have fun, if I have fun and make a couple dollars on the side that’s just icing on the cake. We don’t rely on this to keep the lights on. And with that, we only send out the absolute best quality possible for the most reasonable price I can offer and that’s my word. Anything I serve you guys I’d eat myself, ingredients are hand picked and as fresh as I can get them. We don’t sit on product and try to get rid of it to make a dollar. It’s made to order. We have to go get all the materials and supplies as you order them, so you’re not eating pork shoulder I smoked a month ago. It was smoked most likely the day of your event. The idea was, and always will be competition level recipes served to you to enjoy. Most BBQ, and at restaurant food is made with the idea of making a dollar first and foremost. While I can’t do this for free, my first priority is making a customer happy and serving them the absolute best no exceptions.
I’ve been coached by others, this isn’t the way to get rich, youll never make it big this way etc… I’ve taken the time off and realize I do not care, im going to do what i enjoy, if it pays for a new grill one day thats enough for me.
In closing, we are back! I’ve got a menu here showing what we make best but if you want something different holler at me we can make anything happen for your parties, work events, holidays etc. seasonly I may offer different items for different holidays I’ll keep everyone posted when I do. Maybe the YouTube channel will even make a comeback.

NEVER TOO OLD FOR GOLDFISH!!! Here’s a easy one EVERYONE can do. Smoked goldfish! Easy 3 step recipe perfect for a little snack to break up the beer drinking for your holiday festivities
1) pour goldfish in a pan or on a baking sheet and lightly coat with cooking oil
2) season liberally with your favorite rubs or seasonings (we make our own)
3) place in a preheated smoker burning Bear Mountain BBQ bold bbq pellets at 200* until cooking oil drys and they reach desired smokiness (our pitboss was 1-1.5 hours) sample along the way!

Weekly I here comments about how people wish they could could some of these bbq recipes but they don’t have a “fancy pellet grill” so I bought this bad boy! A $20 special from Walmart! Set up with a bed of coals to do a burn down method using Bear Mountain BBQ chunks and regular hardwood briquettes. I’m thinking of starting a video series making the bbq staples on this little feller! Starting with chicken, ribs and if all goes well a pork butt! Let me know what y’all think!

Dialing in those recipes for y’all! Smoked Cream Cheese Mexicorn dip, trying to dial in that beef and brisket rub and we finally got it! Tested on a Chuck roast done like a brisket and smoked with Bear Mountain BBQ bold bbq pellets! Leftovers should make a awesome Texas bowl of red!
