So, we took our staff trip out to Charleston, SC this year. We stopped in TN where we were guests at my sweet cousin, Beth Neikirk, in their beautiful lake home! (Thanks Walt Neikirk for taking us out on the Lake and putting up with so many girls!) They treated us to home cooked meals, great conversation, and day on the lake where we drug Claire Kuhlman around on a tube and she hung on like a champ!
We stayed out on Folly, enjoyed the beach, took in the history with site seeing, shopped King Street, but most importantly, got to see Hayden Cosby and got treated to all kinds of food we didn't make! (No cooking in the condo was theme). Dive bars to his Michelin recognized restaurant...we indulged and enjoyed all!
So thankful we got to have all these experiences, ever thankful to my staff that helps me do what I do every dang day, thankful to Karen Schwantz and others who stayed behind and held the fort down.
Thank God for keeping us all safe, we are exhausted and refreshed all at the same time! We are all ready to do it again!
