Not quite summer, not quite fall. The weather can't decide what season it is, so we made a dessert that doesn't have to pick either. The Blueberry-Lemon Spice Cake blends summer sweetness with autumn spice: a walnut, blueberry-lemon spice cake served hot with vanilla ice cream, bourbon crème anglaise and fresh blueberries.

Empyrean Brewing Co Collapsar Oatmeal Stout makes this lunch special next level.

Lunch: Stoutloaf Sandwich — a mixture of seasoned ground chuck, veggies and our Collapsar Oatmeal Stout b**r, baked to perfection, served open face on Texas toast, smothered in a rich mushroom sauce.

Dinner: Creole Chicken & Shrimp — a blackened chicken breast and grilled shrimp served on a bed of white rice, with a Cajun cream sauce, garnished with green onions.
