Conroys Bakery has been operating and providing delicious pastries and desserts for the Lincoln area since being started in 1957 by two of the best people you could have known, Jim and Grace Conroy. The current Conroys Family Bakery location operated by father and son team, (Tim and Nathan Conroy) at 16th & Old Cheney was opened In April of 2014.
It is with a heavy heart that we have decided not to renew the lease at our current location. Our last day of business will be on February 16,2019. As of now, we have decided not to reopen a new store at this time.
We want to thank all of our loyal customers from numerous decades for all of the patronage that you have shown our family business. We have made many great friendships over the years with just as many great stories to go with them.
We would also like to thank all of the employees, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, spouses, children, relatives and friends who have helped keep the OPEN sign on for over 60 years. It takes a lot of dedication and sacrifice for all involved to keep a small family business going, and we are so grateful for all who have helped us along the journey.
