Good morning, Beloved!

If you were not aware, we have quite the human-made ant hill in the back of Gratitude Cafe & Bakery.... the city has needed to turn water on and off during the alley maintenance which has created a challenge this week. As I am not one to be fussy, we're going to make lemons into Limoncello....

This means- please sleep in, cook your Sweetheart some pancakes (or invite me over for said pancakes) since Gratitude Cafe & Bakery will be CLOSED tomorrow, Saturday, May 23, 2026. Orders have been covered and contacted.

I will see you next week- Saturday, May 30!! Requested offerings will be covered over to the 30th! Thank you for your kind understanding! Miss seeing you already.
