These acclaimed establishments have become recognized leaders within the culinary landscape of Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland (DMV), garnering significant press recognition and cultivating a clientele that is now driving active plans to expand the Chilcanos experience. Llanos's commitment to promoting Peruvian cuisine extends beyond the DMV. In Nebraska, he serves as a consultant and member of WGS Consulting & Investments LLC, strategically guiding the introduction of authentic Peruvian dishes to a significant new audience, leveraging the valuable expertise of a PACHA chef to create an engaging presentation menu. He is also the visionary owner of The Golden Chickens in Lincoln, Nebraska, a pioneering venture recognized as the state's first restaurant dedicated exclusively to Peruvian cuisine. The Golden Chickens features classic favorites, such as the world-famous Pollo a la Brasa, with the goal of establishing a true culinary ambassadorship. This important initiative is further enhanced by the collaboration with another renowned PACHA chef, whose credentials include valuable experience at the prestigious TANTA-PerΓΊ restaurants under the tutelage of renowned chef GastΓ³n Acurio.
