We've been partnered with Metro Dining Delivery since we opened our doors. They are a wonderful local business that help us out in so many ways! They have now been serving Lincoln customers for over 15 years but they are having some troubles because of the lack of staffing we all are experiencing. A message for our loyal patrons. We will be closed starting today 05/06/2020 and will be reopening to the public for dine-in on 05/12/2020. Before reopening to the public we will be conducting a thorough cleaning to ensure the safety of our customers. The best method for ensuring a table is to make a reservations, please give us a call!

With the Convid-19 (Cornoavirus) being a big concern that is on everyone's mind, we just wanted to reassure and remind everyone that we understand your concerns.

All of the drivers at Metro Dining Delivery are required to have their Food Handlers Permits & understand it's importance!
We are well versed in food safety and understand the importance of good personal hygiene & cleanliness for the safety of ourselves and the public.

We strive to provide the most sanitary and safe transportation of food to our customers every single time! We also are aware of and abide by the health department rules of not working when sick.

Since Metro Dining Delivery is locally owned & managed, all of our drivers are vetted, hired and trained locally. They are not hired “sight unseen” like ALL of the other national delivery services.

Most of the national delivery service drivers are just hired through an app so there's no way to know they type of person that could be bringing you your food, their hygiene, their cleanliness or their understanding of food safety.

Since having a Food Handler's Permit is NOT required by law for 3rd party delivery services in Lincoln, almost all of the drivers from these other delivery services, do not have their food handlers permit, (unless they have it from a previous job or for a 2nd job they are working), and have no clue about food safety or the rules for food service.

There was an article that came out this summer stating that 1 in every 4 drivers samples a customer's food!!! Gross I know! It should be a concern to us all, (especially with coronavirus spreading), as it means there's a possibility of a unhygienic driver sticking his gross dirty hands into your food or drinking your beverages!!
