🥵 Guys! We’re closed this Saturday to be at the 2026 Latino Festival held at Antelope Park ❤️.

Also, we are closed for dinner tonight as we have been invited to serve our Pupusas at North East High School for Culture Night.

We really out here cooking!! 🧑‍🍳 🔥

Side note: this is a real Picture of our food. This is our Pupusas Locas, your choice of 2 or 3 Beef steak Pupusas topped with Sour Cream, Bacon and of course our famous picked cabbage and amazing tomato salsa and green guacamole, habanero, hot sauce.

También estaremos cerrados esta noche para la cena, ya que nos han invitado a servir nuestras pupusas en la escuela North East High School durante la Noche Cultural.

Por cierto: esta es una foto real de nuestra comida. Se trata de nuestras «Pupusas Locas»: puedes elegir 2 o 3 pupusas de bistec, servidas con crema agria, tocino y, por supuesto, nuestra famosa ensalada de repollo encurtido, deliciosa salsa de tomate, guacamole verde y salsa picante de habanero.

We get a lot of questions asking if we use lard or hard vegetable/seed oils to cook our Pupusas? The answer is no. We use Olive Oil as our main cooking component, the food cooks smoother and is richer to digest.

Another ask, “Are the Pupusas gluten free?” Answer?… Yes! Naturally corn flower is gluten free. So, basically all of our food items, except for one, our sandwich, is gluten free! Our sandwich bread is locally produced ‘n cooked on its own space on the griddle to keep things clean.

Ps. This is a real photo of our food. Note: This Pupusa has jalapeño bits inside a Beef steak pupusa and mozzarella cheese.
