Mettle fans, we unfortunately have to close our restaurant the rest of this evening (Wednesday, May 20th). There is a gas valve that has malfunctioned and cut off gas to our main kitchen line (making all cooking equipment inoperative) . Technicians are in route to help us and I apologize for any inconveniences.

Mettle Fans - with the storms this weekend I decided to watch the original "Twister" movie and I can't tell you how hungry I got watching the scene at Aunt Meg's house with her cooking the famous steak dinner!

It looked so amazing that I decided to recreate it for you! Down to the homemade gravy ("that's basically a food group") and fluffy homemade mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes are not the normal Yukon gold's we serve at the restaurant, rather, they are made with Russet potatoes, butter, and a little salt for flavor!

True to the movie, this meal is served with eggs, ribeye, mashed potatoes, and gravy! Like Aunt Meg from the movie "Twister", we also have fresh squeezed lemonade available!

This special will be available all day on SUNDAY, April 12, 2025 for 34.99!
