On today's episode of how to get to the Grapevine.....

The next few days they will be milling the street. Here's one of the ways to get here from the South. It'll likely change in a few days but wanted to give everyone a heads up as of now. (See Fancy Map)

Taking Nebraska Parkway to 20th & then East down Stockwell is likely the easiest option. We appreciate all the support this summer, THANK YOU🙏

Starting this Monday, July 27th, if your coming to the Grapevine from the the south, you will have to make a little detour. It takes an extra minute, I timed it😁 This is allegedly suppose to last 2-3 weeks. You will have to.........

1. Turn right just past Arby's

2. Follow the road curving left & continue directly in front of the new apartments

3. Turn left onto Woods Boulevard and continue to 27th street

4. Turn right onto 27th street and continue to the Grapevine.

I am told that leaving the Grapevine and heading back south will be a straight shot with no issues.....we'll see about that.

The Liquor store is currently open and will close at 7pm tonight. The bar will be open from 3pm-7pm. Have a Happy and SAFE 4th of July!!!!

It's going to be a long and trying 6-8 months ahead for the Grapevine with the 27th street road project. They are doing it in three different sections. The first section starts tomorrow from Van Dorn to Laurel St (Just north of the Lincoln Country Club). They are going to put road barriers up at 27th & Nebraska Parkway to avoid traffic trying to go all the way through. YOU CAN STILL ACCESS THE GRAPEVINE FROM THIS DIRECTION (south). It is open to local traffic, just not all the way through. If your coming from the North, you will have to avoid 27th street, use 20th street or 33rd street. Thanks for all the Patronage over the years and hope to see ya soon!! 🍻
