Yes, we are hiring, smiling faces with customer 1st skills!

We will be holding an open walk-in interview on July 7th at our location - from 2pm to 5 pm - First come, first interviewed. Please fill out the online application before coming. https://bluedogsteakery.com/apply-today

Restaurant hours will be 10:45 am to 9:00 pm Monday-Sunday (These hours will vary and may change before opening, during special events and holidays)

Here are a few of our basic requirements for all employees.
All employees must be 18 yrs. of age or older.
Lift at least 25 lbs.
Stand/walk/hussle for long periods of time.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Adhere to any and all safety/legal requirements set out by the State of Illinois and Blue Dog Illinois LLC.
Reliable means of transportation are required. (If you live close by, your feet are fine. :) )
All employees must have a Food Handlers Permit & be Basset Certified. (You will not be able to start working without both of these.)

Positions currently available

Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager ( SALARY TBD- MUST KNOW STEAKS AND MANAGEMENT OF KITCHEN & STAFF)

Bartender - $13 plus per hour plus tips - 21 or older
Servers - $8 - $10 per hour plus tips - 18 or older
Cooks - $13 - $25 per hour - 18 or older
Dishwashers/Table Attendants $13 per hour - 18 or older
Admin. Assistant - TBD - 18 or older (Must know MS, simple accounting/bookkeeping, and willing to work a flexible schedule)
