Hey guys! Just wanted to give a quick update. We have officially sold our building, as of a few days ago. We are so thankful for all of the support and encouragement over the years. Thank you so, so much.
We are so heartbroken that it didn't turn out the way we thought it would but God is still good and we are trusting that He will show us what to do now. We are back living in South Carolina with Daniel's parents while we pray, rest, and figure out what our next steps. S
o thankful for every single person that we met. Thankful for the bible studies, for the souls who turned to trust in Jesus, for people who we got to encourage and to the ones that encouraged us. There were many cups of coffee and food shared together with friends and many people from the community, along with many times of prayer and praise, so I consider that nothing is wasted, and God knows what He is doing, even when I don't. We are missing Michigan so, so much but thankful to be close to family again after 8 years away. Thank you guys and we love you!

This is one of the toughest moments we have had to go through so far but we wanted to let everyone know that we are going to sell our building in Lincoln Park. Unfortunately we just don’t have the money to continue. We have tried and tried to make this work but it just didn’t work out. Thank you for everyone’s love and support along the way, we couldn’t have gotten this far without you. Please keep us in your prayers if you think about us and also feel free to share this post along so we can transition quickly from our upper loft on Fort Street to a new home for our family as our boys really need a place where they can run around and just be kids. Also please continue to pray for us because we are very, very sad about having to do this. Please pray that God will show us where to go and to have peace in the process. May God bless you and keep you all!

The book sale was awesome today! It was so nice meeting people from our community that we had never met. What a great day! Thank you to everyone who stopped by!

Brick work for the building is complete! The most awesome part was that they didn’t have to use any new bricks. They were able to reuse the ones from the fireplace we took out, which is awesome because they don’t make our brick design anymore. It looks so much better!! 😃

We are having a book sale next Saturday🙂. All money will go towards our building renovations. I hope some of you are able to make it!! Also, if you have any books you would like to donate...please message me! I will gladly pick them up. Thanks guys...we look forward to seeing you next Saturday! We reached our goal that we need to in order to get brick work done which will start THIS week, praise God! We super excited as this is the first renovation that will done to our building that involves adding something NEW.

Our goal that we are trying to reach now is replacing the windows, adding a door, and adding a new floor for the front of our building. It's really going to change the look of the whole building. We are super excited.
