Los Hermanos would like to apologize yesterday for our horrible service on cinco de Mayo. We understand the disappointment from many of our customers and are aware many of you waited up to 2-3 hours to receive your food. Cinco de Mayo is a day of celebration and fun however it was anything but for many of our clientele. We've had to adapt our business model to these tough times and it hasn't been enough, we must do better. For those customers who ordered their food and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, we would like to offer a free meal to your family of an equal value of your order from cinco de Mayo. We are very sorry for what happened and this can never happen again. Los Hermanos has the best customers and we want to make it up to you.
