Our award winning Chef has over 30 years of extensive pastry back ground. He has taken numerous pastry classes and participated in many local events. He was fortunate to have worked with some of the world’s famous Pastry Chef’s in Las Vegas of which he is grateful of the knowledge he has learned from them. His love and dedication in pastry led him to become a Pastry Chef in Las Vegas and here in Hawaii. Orly is a three time Food Network winner, competing in shows such as Sugar Dome (Season 1, Episode 11), Halloween Wars (season 7), and Cookie Wars (Season 1). He desires to stay on top of the pastry trends by attending or teaching pastry classes of which he can come back and create new items for the store.

Mahalo nui loa to everyone for your patience, love, and support throughout the storm. We’re so grateful to finally have our power back and to have been able to recover enough of our products and supplies to reopen our doors.

We did unfortunately lose a lot of product and experienced quite a bit of financial loss throughout the hurricane, but we’re incredibly thankful that we’re able to reopen and continue serving our community. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who checked in on us, supported us, and kept us in your thoughts and prayers. It truly means more than you know. 🥹🌺

We’re happy to be back and can’t wait to see you all! 💗

What an incredible honor to be part of Taste of Hawaiʻi once again! 💛

Our team created a lilikoi craquelin cream puff paired with a chocolate crunch bar and a strawberry gelée, and we had an absolute blast serving up delicious desserts and good vibes all evening.

We’re beyond grateful to share that we took home Best Presentation, the People’s Choice Award, and Overall Dessert Winner! 🏆✨
