We are looking for one dependable team member to fill a dual role:

Prep Cook / Kitchen Assistant / Sous Chef (One Position)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasional Sunday afternoon shifts (as needed)

We are looking for someone who is:

* Experienced with basic knife skills and food prep
* Comfortable portioning, prepping, and packaging food
* Willing to learn and grow into a sous chef role
* Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
* Not afraid to help with kitchen cleanup and mopping
* Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule
* Honest, respectful, and has strong work integrity

This is a hands-on kitchen position in a fast-paced prep environment.
