Coffee is great, but people are better. We were blessed with such a sweet season with a great team who built bonds with each other and with our community. Those who have been to Grounded recently have had the chance to experience sweet smiles, intentional conversations, and great service from our staff, and we’re so proud of them.

For some of our staff, their season at Grounded is wrapping up:

•Ella is heading to New York state for the summer and will begin school there in the fall•

•Brooke is starting an internship at a local church•

•Ben is working at a family business•

We’re so grateful the Lord blessed us with a great team to serve you, and we trust that our new team coming on will continue the legacy of Handcrafted Drinks, Homemade Goods & Hometown Feels.

Beautiful weather, great aim, drizzle sneak attacks— the conditions were ideal for our manager to finally guess the right flavor 🙌 Thank you to one of our top customers for throwing the final drink and extending grace to dear Sadie by announcing a day less than what it actually took her to guess the right flavor… 7!

Grounded wouldn’t exist without you— family, customers, staff, friends. So many hands make Grounded successful, from those serving behind the counter to those working behind the scenes. The dream of our Grand Reopening started three years ago and has been a huge undertaking with lots of intentional planning and sacrificed weekends. The sacrifice has been worth it all as we see the community loving our new space!
