4 1/2 years ago we proudly opened up the first Duck Donuts in Illinois. There is so much to say but I’ll keep it short. It has certainly been a rollercoaster of challenges and celebrations.

Thank you to this amazing community who welcomed us. Thank you to the parents who raised hard working kids who came to work alongside us for their first jobs. We had the pleasure of watching your kids grow and many stayed with us throughout their high school years.

We have many people to thank for their support and collaboration over the years. Thank you for including us in your family parties, your special events and your traditions. Thank you to the local schools and park districts who allowed us to sprinkle a little happiness with you.

We have made the difficult decision to sell the store. This weekend will be our last days as the owners of Duck Donuts Libertyville. It would be a pleasure to see you all one last time as we dip top and drizzle donuts for one last weekend.

Kelsey & Felicia

I hope Duck Donuts continues to be a special part of the community. Monday October 19th the store will be closed as it transitions to new owners. Please note the store will reopen on Tuesday October 20th and resume business as usual just under new ownership.
