Wonderful turnout last night at our local Vernon Hills Binny's for our collaboration between Asali Hills Estate, Hansa Coffee - Libertyville, and KOVAL Distillery! Thank you to everyone who attended, especially Ted Hartshorne for of all of your hard work roasting, bagging, and preparing everything for this event! Thank you to Daryl Swango with KOVAL, and Kevin Kane (owner of Hansa Coffee) for making this possible. Finally, thank you Chap Kusimba for having faith in our partnership with the farm, Asali Hills, in Western Kenya. The cocktails made from our coffees were outstanding and the fact that everyone loved our barrel Aden coffees made it all worth the effort! Jeff Mockaitis, your sign made the cut!

For anyone interested, we are doing our first collaboration between Asali Hills Estate, Hansa Coffee - Libertyville, and KOVAL Distillery at Binny's (Vernon Hills, IL) on Saturday, August 2nd, from 4:00PM - 7:00PM. Binny’s address is 290 Hawthorn Village Commons Vernon Hills Illinois 60061

We will feature rye and bourbon barrel aged Asali Hills Kenyan and Hansa Peruvian coffees. Also, a little bird told me that cocktails will be made with cold brew coffee from each barrel.
