Evolve is a unique company that can offer you a whole body solution when it comes to achieving your goals. Evolve is a pre-made meal delivery company with an on-staff doctor and numerous classically trained culinary chefs. Whether it comes to weight loss, healthy fats, or restricted diets, Evolve has you covered. Evolve has undergone many changes since its inception. Originally created to be a small home personal chef service, Evolve has since become a leader in healthy pre-made meals in the Midwest and offers nationwide shipping. Based in Kansas City (Go Chiefs!), owners Chef Caleb and Dr. Jason Fechter have created an expeditious health food company. The Evolve family has numerous stores across the Midwest, a common kitchen, and nationwide shipping with subscription meal plans that don't require any commitment. We have thousands of clients that swear by us (and we are OK as long as they aren't swearing at us.)

"Meal time just got a whole lot EASIER + HEALTHIER!

I have Celiac which means a super strict gluten free diet and it’s really hard sometimes to find a variety of foods and meals to eat daily that taste good! I was getting stuck eating the same things which were GF but processed and ultimately led to weight gain and me just not feeling great. This is my second meal box and I have to say I am impressed! I don’t have to worry about what I’m going to eat that day and I have a variety to choose from and most importantly it’s good for me!..." - Thrifty Blonde, Lauren
