Yes we made that up because we take our inspiration from both South Louisiana and The Bahamas. Where else can you enjoy authentic Bahamian Conch Fritters and a New Orleans style Po-boy? Word is getting around that we have the coldest beer in town too! We source our Catfish fresh from Mississippi, our Shrimp direct from the Shrimp boats in Southern Louisiana, and our Conch from The Bahamas. We believe you will taste the difference!
