Ross Ward's Hole-in-One Million Dollar Shootout!!!
This Sunday afternoon, April 19, starting at 2:30 PM, we will begin the preliminary qualifying time. For $1 cash per chance, you get to hit into a green 135 yards away. Bring dollar bills because we won't have change out on the tee. You can try as many times as time allows. You can go to end of line and try again! Until 5 PM, we will continue this qualifying part. We will measure each shot and at the end, the top 5 closest to the hole shots will advance and have one swing at a 150 yard shot. If one of the 5 makes a hole-in-one, there is a ONE MILLION DOLLAR prize!
The second closest to the pin shots from the qualifying will have one swing at a 135 yard shot hole-in-one for an automobile valued at ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS!
Also, on the putting practice green we will be putting from 2:30 until 4:30 and narrowing the participants down to a single player. This player will get ONE putt at 50 ft. If the putt goes in, you will win FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS cash!
You won't want to miss this fun event. Come and try your hand in the contest or just come and watch and cheer. Calhoun's on the Green Restaurant will be open. As a special, they will be serving CRAWFISH at a reduced price of $6.50 per pound. Beer will also be discounted. You will be able to watch the competition while you eat and drink!
