Hey everyone.
First, thank you for your overwhelming support today. Today, my 13 year old daughter was the only one able to work till 2:30 when one of our employees could make it in. She was a champ and I am so proud of her.

Second, we won’t have fruit pastries this Tuesday I just ran out of time and they are a two day process. And I mentally couldn’t handle one more thing with the water issues in the county.

Finally, what are we doing to conserve water? We already conserve water because we only have canned sodas and bottles juices. We try to not waste water by only making pots of coffee when it’s ordered and our espresso machine uses minimal water. We will be adding only using bottled water for drinking (which means we will have to charge a small fee for water).
